Miss Mineola 2009 Has Been Named

On 6/27/2009, Megan Renea Stanford was named Miss Mineola 2009-2010. There were 5 contestants in the scholarship event.

A total of $3250 in scholarships was awarded to this year’s contestants. 

The contestants were:

• Caitlyn Ann Hays
• Marisela Hernandez
• Emmafae Mortega - First Runner Up
• Ashley Deann Ryan
• Megan Renea Stanford - Miss Mineola 2009-10

The girls voted among themselves for Miss Congeniality. The judges voted for Most Photogenic. Miss Stanford was awarded both of these categories as well.
