Below are the different sponsorship levels for Mineola May Days 2010. There is a form below that you can use to sign up for any of these levels of sponsorship online. You may also download and print a sponsorship form and mail it or take it to our office.
Thank you for your sponsorship of Mineola May Days.

DOUBLE PLATINUM LEVEL - $2,000

  • Display of website banner in “Event Sponsor Section” on Mineola CoC website during May & June. (Banner graphics provided by Sponsor or designed for an additional fee.)
  • Up to four VIP admissions to the Meet and Greet Party and 4 reserve concert tickets. Reservations are required!
  • Photo with Concert Headliners
  • Four Concert tickets(reserved VIP Section Seating – guaranteed in the order of reservation.)
  • Vinyl banner bearing your company’s name will be displayed at the Gazebo in downtown for two weeks prior to the festival, then relocated to the festival site for the length of the festival
  • Full billing in all advertising – including posters, flyers, and “Thank You” ads
  • Preference given the Company Logo printed on the back of the festival T-shirts
  • 4 Festival T-shirts, and the option to purchase discounted additional T-shirts

PLATINUM LEVEL - $1000

  • Display of website banner on Mineola CoC website during May. (Banner graphics provided by Sponsor or designed for an additional fee.)

  • Vinyl banner bearing your company’s name displayed on the festival grounds throughout the festival
  • Listing in all local media advertising & name on T-shirt
  • Listing in “Thank You” ads following the festival
  • 2 Festival T-shirts, and the option to purchase discounted T-shirts

SILVER -SMALL BUSINESS/FRIENDS OF THE FESTIVAL SPONSOR - $100

  • Listing in local media advertising
  • Listing in “Thank You” ads following the festival
  • 2 T-shirts with the option to purchase additional discounted T-shirts
