Come join us for our annual Fall Iron Horse Festival honoring our railroad heritage, local industry and the best cooks around. There will be Classic Cars, Arts & Crafts and lots of fun for children and adults.
Booths will be set up in the business districts of North and South Johnson Street. This outdoor event is always a favorite for Mineola and all of Wood County.
Booth assignments are made to insure variety and avoid duplication. Fill out the form below to insure your spot at this year’s Iron Horse Festival. After you submit the form, you will see the address where you can send your check or you can use the links below and pay online.
***If paying online, you must still fill out the form. Incomplete entries will not be accepted as completed and placed in line for booth selection.

Hold Harmless Agreement
This agreement applied to all entries, whether online or at our office.
Neither the Mineola Chamber of Commerce, Mineola Civic Center or the City of Mineola, Texas assumes any responsibility or liability for any loss or damages to property exhibited by Exhibitor, or injury, or death to any person furnished by the Exhibitor resulting in damage by fire or any other action or inaction by the Mineola Chamber of Commerce, Mineola Civic Center or the City of Mineola, Texas from any damages, expenses or losses arising therefrom. It is agreed the consideration herein expressed is conditioned on the foregoing indemnity and assumptions of liability of Exhibitor.
Booth Fee: $30.00
Food Booth Fee: $70.00
Electricity/Water: $15.00 (110V & 220V available)
Booth Spaces: 10 FT. x 10 FT.

Eligibility & Rules
- Deadline for booth entry is Monday, October 22, 2010
- All exhibits must be suitable for family viewing. No offensive items permitted.
- Exhibitors must furnish own tables, chairs, awnings, lights and equipment.
- Awnings may be used, but visibility cannot be blocked.
- Spaces will be assigned in order of received registration and payment.
- Booth set up may begin on Friday evening, November 5th at 6:00 PM.
- Enter booth areas from the alleyways.
- After set up, exhibitors must remove their vehicles from the exhibit area to the designated parking area.
- No booth breakdown may begin until after 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 6th.
- The Mineola Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel this event due to weather conditions.
